The Mobile Dental Van will be returning to three Nye County towns during June to offer free dental exams and certain immunizations.
The van will be in Beatty on Wednesday, June 13 at noon to 5 p.m. at the Community Center, 100 A Avenue South, and then Tonopah on Friday, June 15, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Volunteer Fire & Ambulance Facility, 209 N. Saint Patrick St.
The clinic will be in Pahrump on Tuesday, June 26 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at NyE Communities Coalition, 1020 E. Wilson Road.
All three sites will offer free dental exams, sealants, fluoride varnish treatments and oral cancer screenings, as well as immunizations.
The Tonopah clinic will also offer a limited number of pre-scheduled dental cleanings.
The Beatty clinic will also provide vision screenings.
Please bring the following documentation for yourself and your child(ren) to receive services:
Picture IDs, insurance cards or proof of income for uninsured, immunization records, applicable adoption/legal guardian custody agreements.

This is the third trip for the Mobile Dental Van, the last coming in April where 52 people were seen receiving 52 dental screenings, 51 fluoride varnishes, 115 dental sealants. Additionally, 33 vaccines were administered.
The dental clinic will also stop in Goldfield in Esmeralda County on Thursday, June 14 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The Mobile Dental Clinic and immunizations are a partnership between Nye County Health and Human Services, Nevada Department of Health and Human Services, NyE Communities Coalition and the Southern Nevada Health District. The Mobile Dental Van Pilot Project is a grant-supported endeavor.
